Subject : GENERAL MEETING
There will be a effective customer service training at 8th September 2009 and the time will be 9:30-4:30pm. All staff must attend and be dressed in company uniform. Don't be late for the training.
I encourage all staff to conduct discussion in English.
Head Department also have to ensure that training room is standby before training starts. Make sure all chairs and tables must be arranged neatly. All stationary and lunch will be provided by management.

Matters and details pertaining to what staff must do should be included in the second and third paragraphs. You should also express your hope of all staff attending the training in the closing paragraph.
