I was asked by Mr. Ong Chee Meng, the sales of Giant Hypermarket in Plentong, Johor as soon as possible because he wants to know about the customer services from customer.
Proceedings
The question asked include:
A: Do you think of the quality of our products?
B: Do you think of the range of our products?
C: Do you think of the helpfulness of our staff?
D: Do you think of our facilities (café, toilets)?
E: How we compare with other hypermarkets?
Findings
I have found that
A: Majority of the customer think that the quality of our products is very good.
B: Minority of the customer think that don’t know the range of our products.
C: Majority of the customer think fair to the helpfulness of our staff.
D: Minority of the customer think that don’t know to our facilities.
E: Majority of the customer think that very good to compare with other hypermarkets.
Conclusions
It can be said that we need to improve our quality, range and facilities of the Hypermarket.
Recommendations
We need to respond all the customers who go to Giant Hypermarket in Plentong, Johor and respect all customers because customer always right.

1.3 Staff Requirement
In our company we need to hire many staff that has the professional skill to improve our product and make it more easy to use by customer. The design of the product must be safe to use to make our customer have more confident to using our product. Our company staff is about 25 professional in the different departments. Our company got too many departments because all the staff will divide their job for working. We got Professional Of Information Technology, to modify and update the latest version for the product and also to collect all the information from our customer to make sure our product’s price are more reasonable and the affordable in the market. We should also will understand and observe that what is our customer request and what is their need.
Beside that, our company also will hire a Professional Car Outlook Designer to design our product to become more fashion to attract customer to using our product. Professional of Car Machine will be hire to in charge in our company because we want to make sure anyone can use it without any problem. For the Professional Cell Phone, we need them to design a microchip that can fits on a special design phone also make by our company to combine it; so it can be so easier to control the car and also will be very fashionable too. We also have a few people in our company that is called a controller designer especially assign to design it to make it more function, less button and most importantly is the controller is made by a special materials that called aluminum that prevent from became dull colour and also will be more light to carry to everywhere you want.
As for Professional in Bluetooth Designer to connect stronger of the Bluetooth range to make our customer easier to moving their car to more far about sometimes finding a parking space in the car park. We also got the Professional of Car Computer that we will need to install a computer device to setting the car to move it manually or auto mode. If the driver is already feel very tired, the car will be set in auto driving mode to help the driver to drive. It can be in auto driving mode because the device is already install a GPRS system, so that the driver just need to choose the destination and it will be more automatically. We also need a help from Professional In Car Machine Engineering to help to connect the car sensor controller into the engine turbines, tyres, Steering and internet that search for the GPRS.
Besides controlling the car, we also hired another typed of Professional people to help us make our product that is Professional in Security System. The product not just only design for the controlling only but also need the security system to prevent from rob, stole or missing. If this problem, the driver just only need to press help button in the phone then it will be automatically to contact our company. If the problem have been proves is real, then the car will be automatically shut off engine and also will be automatically to contact the police station then can find out the car location by searching internet. It will be very convenient and secure to use it.

How Will You Promote/advertise Your Business
1.2 Advertising and Promotion Strategy
Micro Car Sensor Controller (MCSC) is our company name. The logo of our company is as at the below. The most important thing we are going to do is we will go to register the copyright of our product and company immediately; in order to avoid any civil cases occurs. Our target market will be all car drivers who are 21 years old and above. We must make sure that they are able to afford it and believe in our product, so something need to be done to build our company brand image and brand loyalty.
There are some marketing mix can be used to promote our product which are Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Public Relations. Advertising refers to any paid form of non-personal presentation by an Identified Sponsor. We will choose radio and television to advertise our products, Car Remote Controller (CRC). It is because television is really effective and efficient. Even it is expensive to use Television advertisement, it can spread our message to wide audience directly. We found that the advantage of using radio advertisement is very amazing. Most of the drivers used to listen to the radio while they are driving, so we believe that they will be surprising when listen to our product. Moreover, we will also use another way to promote our product such as Internet and newspaper advertisements. These two ways are very cheap and if we talk about Internet, it can be spread effectively. For example, the introduction of our product can be spread easily to the worldwide through Internet. Besides, we can upload the trial video which has a brief introduction includes demonstration about CRC.
Personal Selling is talking about personal presentations by a firm’s sales force. Most probably, we will hire salesperson to explain and send our product message to customer in order to push up our sales target. Of course they will get their basic payment and commission on every product they sold. Sales Promotion refers to short-term incentives to encourage sales. We will give 20% discount for our first 50 customers who make the order from us.
Public Relations talks about building good relations with various publics by obtaining favorable unpaid publicity. We will give our company sponsorship to any sport event such as football match. Actually, we have planned to give sponsorship to NASCAR or F1 race. However, we do not have enough capital to do so. Therefore, sponsoring football match will be our first public relationship. Our company will give the users 1 year warranty. We will provide all the CRC users free customer service to install and download the program. We will also upgrade the controller system to all CRC users for free as extra customer service.
There are other services we will provide to our customers which is we will give our customers a several color for our customer to choose for the whole body of CRC. Our company will also give advices which are free of charge to all car drivers about the manual and auto mode on the Car Remote Controller (CRC).

Nowadays, technology is a potential industry as human is unable to survive without it.

In this assignment, we will be discussing our business idea. We have decided to start our business in innovating Car Remote Controller. It is because we found that every family will at least has a car today and we have a very big market to develop our business. We want to open a new market in automobile technology industry to make sure the whole world drivers easy to drive. Our idea is to create this technology, Car Remote Controller (CRC) can be considered as creative and innovative because all the CRC users are able to enjoy driving by using their fingers only. Although it is similar to the game joystick, it is different as compared to driving because CRC users can gain the real life experience in playing while driving the car.
This business needs a big amount of money to develop our idea. Therefore, we will set up our company by partnership to share out the capital. After calculation, we found that the capital which is needed to set up our business is around RM 1,000,000. As a result, each of us will pump in RM 250,000 to start our business. It is not a small amount of money for each person too; so that we will look for the capital from many methods such as taking loan and mortgage. We believe that this business is able to bring more good than harm to human being, besides making profit for us.
The advantages of CRC are convenient and ease to use as we do not need to use the car key to unlock the car door or even start the engine. What we need to do is press one the particular function button on the Car Remote Controller (CRC). Besides that, it is durable and easy to keep as it is made by stainless steel and it can be located by GPRS if any cases of lost. Apart from that, it can save our time and energy because we do not need to drive the car by holding the car steering, especially for female drivers. CRC also provides all of the users the safety system to exchange the car to the manual or auto pilot mode. According to this safety system, it can help the drivers to drive the car easily and drive in a safe condition. For the drivers who drive on the highway, they can use the auto pilot mode to drive as we know, it is very tiring to drive and sit on the car for hours of hours. The drivers can take a nap on their journey to their destination.
Furthermore, it can help to decrease the percentage of accident. In addition, we can prevent the cases of car being stolen occurred because the only way to unlock the car is the used of CRC. Lastly, Car Remote Controller will be available for all types of automobile vehicle in future after more and more research and development have been done.
