FALLING SALES AND THE LACK OF TRADE
Terms of Reference
I was asked by Mr. Ong Chee Meng, the sales of Giant Hypermarket in Plentong, Johor as soon as possible because he wants to know about the customer services from customer.
Proceedings
The question asked include:
A: Do you think of the quality of our products?
B: Do you think of the range of our products?
C: Do you think of the helpfulness of our staff?
D: Do you think of our facilities (café, toilets)?
E: How we compare with other hypermarkets?
Findings
I have found that
A: Majority of the customer think that the quality of our products is very good.
B: Minority of the customer think that don’t know the range of our products.
C: Majority of the customer think fair to the helpfulness of our staff.
D: Minority of the customer think that don’t know to our facilities.
E: Majority of the customer think that very good to compare with other hypermarkets.
Conclusions
It can be said that we need to improve our quality, range and facilities of the Hypermarket.
Recommendations
We need to respond all the customers who go to Giant Hypermarket in Plentong, Johor and respect all customers because customer always right.
